    • Misère is a single-case, stencil-style, linear typeface. Machines that engrave, embroider, mill or draw using vectors can write entirely in Misère. A series of decorative elements complement this typeface, interconnecting to form a network of diverse, living ecosystems. Its structure, inspired by the movements of the plant of the same name, takes on the subtle, steady rhythm of breathing. From the stem to the leaf’s vein, the line becomes a dance and the page becomes a garden in winter, spring, summer and autumn. Misère tells the story of paths trodden many times, yet rediscovered each time.
